The covered porch to the front of the property leads to the main door opening into the entrance hall. This leads to the open plan dining area and circular lounge offering spectacular views over terracing, pool area, mountain range and coastline.The dining area with its table and chairs for six is separated from the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar.The kitchen is fitted out with base/wall cupboards,hob and oven inset into marble worksurfaces.All modern appliances are available at the property.
The lounge patio doors leading onto the external patio area. The lounge has modern cane style furniture, log burning fire, 42inch flat screen tv, satellite offering a range of various international channels and DVD player. From the lounge area access is gained to the three bedrooms and family bathroom.The master bedroom has a window and patio door leading directly to the pool as well as providing an unforgetable view in the morning and evening.The room has a king size bed ,built in wardrobes and dressing area leading to the en-suite which is fully tiled and has a walk-in shower,wc and basin.
The second bedroom which also has a patio door leading to the pool area and a window to exploit the views, contains two single bed and built in cupboards.The third bedroom located to the front of the property has two single beds and storage cupboards.Both bedrooms are adjacent to the family bathroom which is fully tiled and fitted with bath/shower over,wc,bidet and hand basin.
All rooms have air conditioning units installed which provide cooling in the summer and heating during those occasional winter nights, the use of which, is included within the rental price..All windows have built in shutters fitted.
We have provided for users of the villa a range of DVDs and a toy box with a range of basic toys and games. This will be added to over the coming months.

Casa Flintoft has uninterrupted views of the mountains,nature reserve and mediterranean coastline from its rear terraced area.The private terraced area which is ideal for al fresco dining leads to the kidney shaped pool with its roman steps and underwater lighting.The pool been specifically designed to make the most of the all day sunshine.
The rear patio area is provided with tables, chairs, sunbeds, hammock and parasol.
There is an outside BBQ area with sink etc, an external shower with hot and cold water and separate wc accessed from the paved area to the side of the property.
The front garden which has been recently planted, provides another area in which to relax .The front garden and paved area provides parking for upto three cars one of which can be under the pegolla.
A private children's play area is currently being constructed on land to the side of the property.It is hoped to have this area completed for the summer period.
The property is covered by the SMC Residential Security Service which provides a security service as well as an emergency call out service for all properties subscribing to the scheme. Further details of this are provided in the villa.
Further details
For the comfort of all our guests the villa is let on the basis of no smoking inside the villa, although smoking is permitted on the external patio areas only.
No pets allowed.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking with the balance payable in full 8 weeks before departure.
A £200 security/breakages deposit is payable which is returned within 7 days from vacating the property,providing no damage or breakages are reported by our Managing Agent.
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included within the price.
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own.
